Home Instead Pocklington & Brough provide outstanding quality care and support to older adults to enable them to live safe and happy at home for as long as possible. With one hour minimum visits, our care professionals are able to build great relationships with their clients as well as provide unrushed, personalised care.
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to support the expansion of Home Instead Pocklington & Brough. In this new role you will work closely with the Client Experience Manager to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care, and our Care Professionals are well supported.
The focus of this role is to not only ensure that we are building a business that provides excellent care, but also to help us to continue to be a great place to work, where we all work as a team to develop and support our Care Professionals to be the best they can be.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct client Service Reviews and Quality Assurance calls with existing clients and follow up on outcomes.
* Create, update and audit client care plans and needs assessments using our digital care planning system.
* Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software.
* Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
* Support and mentor Care Professionals with support visits and supervisions to ensure exceptional care delivery.
* Participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care OR a willingness to work towards the qualification.
* Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
* Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
* Must be confident to use care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals.
* Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
* Full driving licence and means of transport to visit clients and Care Pros.
