An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to provide professional leadership and clinical expertise within an experienced and determined Occupational Health & Wellbeing team. You will manage a caseload of sickness absence referrals, oversee health surveillance, and support the development of departmental policies in line with legislation. The role will be 3 days a week, 22.5 hours, with remote, hybrid and site-based activity included. This can be flexible for the candidate. Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Guide and mentor Occupational Health Nurse Advisors.
* Caseload Management: Assess fitness to work and implement rehabilitation programs.
* Clinical Assessments: Manage cases related to body fluid exposure and stress.
* Policy Development: Collaborate with the Occupational Health Manager to enhance departmental processes.
* Health Promotion: Design and implement health initiatives.
Registered Nurse with Occupational Health experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of relevant health legislation.
