The Role: We are looking for a confident and commercially astute leader with a strong presence and the ability to manage a complex operation with autonomy and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar heritage or high-profile venue, overseeing catering, events, and hospitality services. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management – Drive profitability, control costs, and optimise revenue streams. Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with key partners, clients, and senior figures. Team Leadership – Manage and inspire a dedicated team of 20 including 4 HoD and long-standing staff. Operational Excellence – Ensure seamless delivery of services, from corporate lunches to large-scale formal events. Problem-Solving – Navigate challenges with confidence and adaptability.
