In this key and varied role, you can expect to:
1. Work alongside our project teams across multi-disciplinary projects to deliver state of the art, sustainable and cost-considered solutions.
2. Undertake a range of modelling and analysis, which may include but not limited to: embodied carbon of materials, circular economy opportunities, building performance simulation, operational energy use, energy generation, overheating.
3. Assist in the delivery of environmental assessments (such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc) from early design stages through to completion.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
1. Education to A Level or ongoing involvement in a Level 3 equivalent.
2. GCSE at Grade 5 / 6 or above in English, Maths, Physics, or Geography.
3. Enthusiasm, ambition, and creativity.
4. A team player. Our excellent teams are the basis of our great work.
5. Self-motivated and hardworking.
6. A long-term aspiration to build a career.
7. IT proficient (Microsoft Office).
8. Good time management and organisation skills.
9. A keen eye for detail.
10. Ability to learn digital engineering and modelling software including IES, 2D/3D AutoCAD and REVIT software.
11. Good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working within a team environment.
12. Serious about sustainability.
