Harris Hill is seeking a Marketing Officer ASAP for 3 months, on a 2-3dpw basis to support the fundraising function at an environmental charity in London. The role is hybrid based with 1dpw in the office and whilst this role will focus on legacy marketing, good digital and direct marketing skills in other areas is fine, so this could be a good opportunity for someone to add an extra string to their bow. List of tasks within the role. Google ads management - Google ads management, content development, copy and briefing with agency Legacy stewardship newsletters (pledger and enquirer versions) - Content brief and development with agency - Meetings with agency and copywriters - Research and content development - Feedback on design and content - In house project management, sign off with campaigners, proofing etc - Support payroll giving team with mini newsletter version Campaigns - Create new landing pages and automation journeys as needed - Set up Campaigns/Approach codes in Salesforce Supporter upsell / cross selling - Supply content for email or Magazine for Legacy - Write upsell emails to prospect the database Meta Ads - Ad plans, targeting and set up for campaigns - Design and copywriting - video, macros - Ongoing monitoring and optimisation - Data processing, cleaning and uploads with DP&I Middle Donors appeals - Donation pages for appeals,automations, bounce backs - Emails for appeals - content - Managing short URLs, redirects, UX for donors online - Set up Campaigns/Approach codes in Salesforce Email automation project -working with the Marketing Manager to: - Migrate Legacy supporter journey onto Pardot - Work with DP&I to implement changes Website and SEO optimisation - Assist with content, landing page optimisation and in-house project management If you would like to discuss this role further, please apply for more information.
