Due to continuous expansion, they are now looking for a Mechanical Project Manager for the Northwest. Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of projects. Overseeing 2/3 projects up to £3 - £5 million which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour. Commercial & Residential projects up to the value of £3m (M&E) – Healthcare, Offices, Tower Blocks, Education etc. Conduct weekly site visits and ensure project delivery within given timeframe Oversee project teams to ensure technical precision in deliverables Conduct technical reviews Implement quality control measures and management processes to maintain high standards Demonstrate sound commercial acumen Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials Continuously monitor project schedules, costs, and quality assurance Review site progress and report issues to senior management Prepare site-specific Health & Safety Documentation Identify and address health & safety requirements Facilitate project handovers and closures The ideal candidate: Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects worth over £4 Million. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to act as the primary point of contact for clients.
