As an Internal Audit Supervisor/Assistant Manager you will be responsible for conducting internal audit assignments for clients, evaluating their internal controls, and providing recommendations for improvement to mitigate identified risks, safeguard assets, and enhance operational efficiency. They will also supervise the work of junior auditors, contribute to team training and staff development, and support the management group in contributing to practice development as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement tailored internal audit plans for clients based on risk assessments and organisational objectives. Conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits while overseeing and reviewing the work of junior auditors.
2. Internal Controls Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of clients' internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
