We are looking for outstanding teachers or experienced tutors to work with vulnerable pupils across Gateshead and in surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing individualized learning to children who are struggling to cope in mainstream settings. You will be responsible for helping pupils to achieve the best academic results possible and will act as a role model to pupils, striving to inspire a love of learning in all.

Role Overview:
1. Tutoring children/young people outside of mainstream education
2. SEN/SEMH/expelled/LAC pupils
3. Online, in pupil's home or in a community setting
4. £25-£35 per hour
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Enhanced DBS certificate
2. Excellent communication skills
3. A teaching qualification or equivalent experience
4. Knowledge of the national curriculum
5. Eligible to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
