Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a global construction consultancy who are currently seeking to recruit a knowledgeable Engineer to support them with a project on behalf of a reputable university who are based close to Manchester City Centre.
This role will commence ASAP and continue through until the end of 2025 and would suit someone with knowledge of plant room equipment looking to utilise their expertise in order to carry out asset tagging, ensuring checks have been effectively carried out.
* Complete the asset tagging process for appliances
* Work closely with Building Surveyors
* Provide guidance on plant room appliances
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a similar setting
* Knowledge of plant room equipment
* Ability to asset tag
* Must be local to Manchester City Centre and be happy to work on site
