We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to come and join our team at Vertu Motors Honda Mansfield!
We are offering an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 plus an OTE of £34,000 and a fixed 40 hour working week across 5 days! We prioritise work-life balance and are open to discussing a range of working patterns to accommodate your needs alongside customer demand.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be a key part of our team, helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and converting inquiries into sales. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive and supportive experience both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
3. Stay updated on product knowledge to offer the best advice
4. Collaborate with team members to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency
6. Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including referrals and networking.

5. Full driving licence proving your ability to drive within the UK
