Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and personable Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our company.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, visitors and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, as well as overseeing day-to-day office upkeep to ensure a clean, organised and efficient work environment.
4. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
5. Manage appointment schedules and room bookings.
6. Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry.
7. Provide general information to visitors and answer their queries.
8. Ownership of planning and organising well-being events to enhance employee wellness and engagement.
9. Coordinate with other departments as necessary.
10. Coordinate daily dispatch of packages with courier services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
11. Monitor and replenish supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, and squash, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
12. Ensure that all necessary refreshments are provide for meetings when requested.
What we need from you:
13. Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
15. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
17. Professional attitude.
18. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Additional job information:
This is a part-time position, 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Hours 08:45 – 14:45 or 09:00 – 15:00, please confirm your preference on the application.
