Senior Administrator
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000, based on skills/experience.
Contract: Permanent
The Cranstoun Group is a charity empowering people to live health, safe and happy lives. Our skilled and compassionate team work closely with service users and their families to empower change and save lives. We've been making a difference by combining proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and putting people at the heart of our work.
Cranstoun Worcestershire provides a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. The Administration and Prescribing Team are the first point of contact, welcoming people who access our services in a non-judgmental, open and honest manner.
As Senior Administrator, you will plan and manage the activity and workflow of the Administration and Prescribing Team to ensure administrative and prescribing functions are carried out effectively. You will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day work of the team and providing line management to the admin team members.
Working as a team, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the Worcestershire service, including front of house services, prescribing administration, building management, and health and safety. This role also works within the Management Team to achieve service goals and meet commissioning requirements.
We're looking for a team player who's organised and efficient to ensure the day-to-day workload is managed effectively and completed within agreed deadlines. You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and a case management system. The ability to transfer your skills from one area of expertise to another would be an advantage.
Above all, you'll be interested in joining a team that's committed to providing excellent customer service while working within a challenging, dynamic, and rewarding work environment that positively impacts people's lives.
The service operates core hours of Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Additional service hours are offered on some days between 5 pm - 7 pm, with a requirement to cover these hours on a rota basis.
All posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
To discuss the role prior to application, contact Donna Rubin.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept CVs.
Closing Date: 31st March
We are an inclusive employer, committed to promoting equality and diversity in all areas of our work.
