Private Client Legal Secretary Stockton on Tees
Looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary who has previous experience working in a Private Client Department.
Main Responsibilities include:
1. Providing typing and administration support to the Solicitor/Fee Earner.
2. Opening and closing files.
3. Diary management, preparing Solicitors for external meetings.
4. Carry out money laundering and ID checks.
5. Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts.
6. Witnessing wills.
7. Liaising with Clients & Solicitors.
8. Attend client meetings.
9. Preparing conference rooms.
10. Provide support to other secretaries as and when required.
11. Assist with preparation of invoices.
12. Taking credit card payments.
13. Booking events, training etc.
