In this role, you will ensure clear and effective communication with residents from diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects in West and East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence regarding access, delays, changes, and resident concerns.
Handle complaints and issues via email, phone, and home visits.
Collect and log Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) upon work completion.
Schedule appointments for workers and subcontractors as needed.
Build strong relationships with residents to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in team meetings to align with project goals and client expectations.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving License
Strong face-to-face customer service experience
Confident, calm, and adaptable communicator
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities
Basic IT proficiency
Package & Benefits:
£24,000 £26,000 per annum
