Main Responsibilities as a Senior Inspector
* Lead and develop the investigation team, ensuring high performance, continuous professional growth, and adherence to quality standards.
* Identify emerging threats and mitigate risks in operations and investigations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and business policies.
* Manage resource allocation, including personnel, systems, and budget, to ensure effective and efficient investigative operations.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, while supporting the development of policies and procedures to safeguard lottery operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Over five years of experience in investigations and personnel management, with strong skills in presenting and defending findings and recommendations.
2. Highly organised and analytical, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and solve investigative issues.
