Business Central / Navision ERP Support Analyst
We are working with a brand new client who are a leading force in their commercial space. They are one of the world's most renowned brands in the sporting world.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Support Analyst with knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Dynamics NAV) to join our ERP team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful implementation and maintenance of our Business Central system. You will also provide technical support for our legacy Dynamics NAV environment during the transition until its retirement.
Responsibilities
* Business Central Support:
o Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users on Business Central functionalities.
o Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to data entry, reports, workflows, and integrations.
o Conduct user training sessions and create supporting documentation.

2. Provide ongoing support for our existing Dynamics NAV system and manage our incoming helpdesk ticket queue
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NAV.
4. Assist in the migration of data and functionalities from NAV to Business Central.
