To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience working with SEN children in a school or similar setting.
A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with children with additional needs.
A solid understanding of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred but not essential).Why Join This School?
