Join today and build progress with us. The Opportunity We have a new vacancy for a Distribution Coordinator to join our team based at Gateshead. You will utilise vehicles to maximum potential to ensure total customer satisfaction. You ship orders to ensure maximum truck utilisation and maintain customer requirements. You will produce/follow distribution procedures and reporting for the business. You will ensure all deadlines for various procedures are met. You will also ensure effective investigation, of the root cause of all customer complaints, and with assistance of supervisor put in place corrective action to minimise re-occurrence. You will adopt high standards of excellence in maintaining accurate data within the shipping systems used and in doing so all concerned can access the system to gain up to date information to comply with all aspects of the Quality Assurance Manual including complying with the distribution / control of controlled documents and communicate perceived / known non conformances immediately to the appropriate departmental head. You will ensure compliance with the Companys Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. You will ensure the office and equipment are kept in a clean and tidy condition and to maintain security at all times.
