Embrace the opportunity to work in an environment that values your contributions and encourages you to excel. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the production of monthly warranty invoices. Manage the administration of the warranty sales ledger. Handle warranty policy emails and client queries. Support purchase ledger posting and payment allocation. Perform credit checks on potential customers. Collaborate with the credit controller to ensure best business practices for debt collection. Load Underwriter and Premium bordereaux invoices onto Sales and Purchase Ledgers. Reconcile Sales and Purchase ledger accounts. Conduct RBS Finance sales ledger reconciliation. Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required by management. Experience and Technical Skills Required: A methodical and numeric mindset, comfortable with numbers. Proficiency in various IT platforms and the ability to learn new systems. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Sage or other finance platforms is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure in an organised and methodical manner to meet deadlines. Core Competencies: Behavioural: Lead by example. Seek to add greater value.
