Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Social to join the Adanola team!
This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our social media presence across all platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. You will oversee a team of content creators, community managers, and social strategists, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to deliver a cohesive brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy Development
* Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on brand building, engagement, and customer acquisition.
* Leverage industry trends and data analytics to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
* Drive campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
* Community Management
* Foster strong relationships with our online community, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
* Monitor sentiment and feedback, acting as the brand's voice while nurturing a positive and engaged following.
* Data Analysis & Reporting
* Monitor, track, and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Use KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, conversions, and ROI to measure success.
* Provide regular reports to senior leadership on social media performance, upcoming trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and grow the social media team, encouraging creativity and innovation.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and customer service to ensure a seamless brand experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* 5+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
* Proven track record of growing social channels and driving measurable results in engagement, followers, and revenue.
* Expertise in all major social media platforms, with a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.
* Strong creative vision with the ability to drive innovative campaigns that capture audience attention with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
* Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Dash Hudson, or similar to report on metrics.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
