We are now recruiting for experienced Travel Specialists to join our team of experts at our small but spacious shop on Princess Street in Knutsford.
Responsibilities:
1. Sell long haul destinations and tailor-made holidays.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Participate in training and development programs.
5. Engage with marketing activities to follow up on customer enquiries.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in selling long haul destinations and tailor-made holidays.
2. Exceptional customer service skills.
3. GDS experience is an advantage.
We have a lucrative uncapped commission scheme with average commission of £24K on top of your base salary; however, our top performers average £55K in commission!
Depending on experience in your 1st Year you can expect a minimum OTE of £35K rising to £39K in Year 2.
When you join Travelbag, you’ll have an initial 3-week interactive training period with our in-house training team. You’ll then join our ‘academy’ with dedicated support alongside coaching from your manager.
You will have lots of opportunities to enhance your product and destination knowledge – including weekly product training from our destination team and supplier-hosted events where you can meet others in the industry as well as learn about a product or destination.
Our Travel Specialists work 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, 9am to 5:30pm. Between Monday to Wednesday, this is on a shift basis between 9am to 7pm. In peak periods, we can be open from 9am to 9pm to meet customer demands.
