I am currently working on behalf of an award-winning construction and fit-out contractor based in Belfast to recruit a Part-Time Payroll administrator to join their existing team.
Your new role
Working within the existing team, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
1. Accurate input of data from timesheets in line with deadlines for weekly payroll.
2. Accurate input of data for payments to monthly payroll.
3. Accurately processing payment by BACS for weekly and monthly payroll.
4. Reconciliation of all nominal accounts affected by payroll transactions.
5. Reconciliation and payment of holiday credits.
6. Maintain up-to-date payroll records in line withpany procedures and HMRC guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you should have demonstrable experience in an end-to-end payroll position with a high level of proficiency with the suite of MS Office packages. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and a strong work ethic.
