We're seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Business Process Re-engineering - Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO). This role is located in London - hybrid.
Position Overview:
The Director of Process Re-engineering will lead transformative initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the ESO function. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in process re-engineering. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who can challenge the status quo, collaborate effectively across teams, and implement innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Process Improvement: Lead the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the ESO function and tools.
* Change Leadership: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging teams, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring the adoption of new ways of working.
* Innovation & Automation: Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
* Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Apply logical reasoning and structured problem-solving techniques to enhance business processes and implement sustainable solutions.
* Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Data Analysis & Decision Support: Conduct comprehensive data analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization. Present findings to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and Technology teams, to align process re-engineering efforts with broader organizational goals.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of leading successful process re-engineering projects in a large-scale organization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Extensive experience collaborating with senior management in a global organization.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive change across diverse teams.
* Experience implementing strategic process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
