Rate of pay : £12.59
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 37 Mon-Fri
Shift pattern: 9am-5pm
Duration: 51 weeks, possible extension
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
Based in Lisburn Court Office which provides administrative support to criminal & family court business. Duties are dependent on the team to which the post holder is assigned, however they typically include the following:
* General office duties
* Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System)
* Use of IT systems
* Dealing with general telephone queries
* Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment
* Preparing documentation & files for court
* Records Management
* Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies
* Acting as court clerk assistant in criminal courts
The post holder will be based in Lisburn Court Office. The post holder will work under the supervision of a Section Manager (Executive Officer 1) and will work in accordance with policies, procedures, protocol, legislation and corporate targets and standards.
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English - Certificates required
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration
