A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a data-driven and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join the Communications team at The Birley Clubs. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of driving the digital evolution of the brand as The Birley Clubs embark on an exciting new chapter in digital marketing. With the development of a suite of innovative digital tools, you will be instrumental in shaping member communications and elevating our online presence.
The Birley Clubs operate some of the world’s most iconic private members’ clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, George, Harry’s Bar and Bath & Racquets Club. The Birley Clubs have created a paradise of sophistication, unparalleled quality and service in the heart of Mayfair.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital execution of marketing strategies across all Clubs, overseeing the launch and management of new Member apps, website updates and targeted campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless and data-led marketing initiatives.
Core responsibilities:
* Project manage the marketing component of each of The Birley Clubs’ app launch(es)
* Implement the digital marketing strategy from launch, in collaboration with the wider communications team
* Develop digital marketing campaign strategies for key moments throughout the year, working closely with the wider marketing team
* Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Events, Membership, Reservations etc) to ensure that each Club’s ongoing app requirements align with the business needs
* Drive collaboration within the communications team and ensure strategies are data-driven efforts across the funnel to maximise the synergy between channels
* Identify growth opportunities within the app(s) and Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
* Work with the business and delivery partners to troubleshoot issues and define and prioritise future enhancements
* Partner with the creative and content team to ensure assets align with channel requirements and campaign goals
* Report on digital marketing activity monthly, quarterly and yearly providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise future activity
Skills, Experience and Characteristics Required
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within luxury brands, this could be travel, fashion, lifestyle or hospitality
* Experience working with agency partners
* Experience using website content management systems
* Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation strategies (experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud a bonus)
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot as priorities change
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to communicate confidently with all levels of management
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growing
* Able to work confidently in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), (Experience in Adobe suite and Canva a bonus)
