Area Manager \n£30,000 to 35,000 per year DOE (+ Bonus Scheme) \nPermanent \nManchester/Liverpool region, Office-based\nMonday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm + 15 Saturdays per year 10am - 3pm \n\nHarper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a dynamic Area Manager oversee the Manchester and Liverpool Region for a growing student lettings company. \n\nWhat will the role involve?\n\nManaging lettings administration processes, KPI targets, the marketing of portfolios, legal notices & asset management \nResponsible for recruiting, training & developing team members \nConducting staff reviews, monthly 1-2-1s and appraisals \nBuilding and maintaining relationships with landlords & tenants, using networking opportunities to convert landlord & investor leads \nReviewing branch KPIs, conduct audits & running compliance reports on branch performances\nIntroducing legislation requirements and HMO licencing to landlords \nComplaint handling \nOverseeing compliance within the offices including company vehicle compliance \nLiasing with teams across the business, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Operations Manager \nWho are we looking for?\n\nExceptionally organised individual with the ability to work to their own iniative and uphold a 'can do' attitude \nCustomer Service skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels of the company \nProperty Industry experience within lettings (minimum 3 years) \nARLA Qualification (preferred) \nDriving Licence (Essential)
