Support Worker required to assist in children's residential homes in Northampton. This is a Temporary to Permanent OpportunityAbout the role:You will be working in a children's residential home supporting young people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Trauma and EBD. This provider has 3 homes; 2 ofsted registered and 1 CQC registered. They are looking for committed support workers to join their team and progress up the leadership ladder.About you:A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people, supporting within residential or semi independent settings. You should either have your NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or be willing to work towards this.
