Description
Delivering the best products and services in the energy industry is our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clear analysis on commercial challenges across our business. The problems to be solved will be varied, but you will be known for breaking down ambiguity, finding the best sources of data, and building a clear report that can be easily used by the customer or an internal team to drive action.
Where you spot a repeating issue, you will quickly identify the root cause and recommend a solution to ensure that we aren’t repeatedly running similar analytical tests. You will spot opportunities to define our products more accurately and enhance the skills of the teams to meet customer requirements the first time.
You will enjoy working with the New Business and Account Management teams, seeking ways to help them construct deals that maximize the financial benefits to Amber and fit within our framework of services we know we can deliver successfully.

* Meets regularly with key leads in other teams to ensure a good view of key pieces of analytical work to be completed over the next period.

* Provides ‘bridging’ logic for renewals, showing increases and the factors driving these.
* Independently runs improvement projects. Identifies opportunities for process enhancements, develops project plans, and drives initiatives from conception to implementation, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and lowered commercial risk.
* Provides data-driven solutions and insights for complex Commercial requests.
* Conducts in-depth analyses of business performance and risks to provide well-structured insights that support strategic decision-making and effectively articulate opportunities and challenges for Amber's growth.
