What you’ll get to do:
1. Generate sell-out while achieving line and sales target.
2. Achieve other quantitative business objectives as required by the company such as UPT, ATV, CRM conversion, VMS, ranking by brand, and market share.
3. Implement cross-selling among all categories to support the awareness of each brand to ensure the sell-out axis.
4. Represent Puig love brands by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
5. Maintain up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers and support future potential selling opportunities.
6. Offer a unique experience to every customer by embracing the Puig counter protocol and selling protocol.
7. Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from the RPM or other colleagues when required.
8. Acquire the required knowledge to enable the best possible storytelling.
9. Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect with customers.

1. A minimum of 2 years prior sales experience within beauty and luxury fragrance.
2. The ability to work as a team player.
