A Land Surveyor is required to work with a leading utility provider, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of capital investment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for land access and acquisition strategies, collaborating with supply chain partners to manage land-related risks and opportunities.
Job Description:
* Manage land acquisitions and rights, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
* Support the delivery of capital investment programs and protect land interests.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification such as RICS/AssocRICS, with demonstrated post-qualification experience in land access rights, acquisitions, and compensation management. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, plus a bonus scheme of up to £2,375 per annum based on company performance. Our benefits package includes a pension plan, hybrid working arrangements, 28 days holiday, and professional development opportunities.
