An established estate agency is looking for a Telesales Executive to handle warm leads – these are potential clients who have already shown interest. Your role will be to follow up, build relationships, and move them to the next stage, whether that’s booking a property viewing, arranging a valuation, or setting up a landlord meeting with our lettings manager.
Looking For:
* Experience in telesales (e.g., double glazing, stationery, automotive, or similar industries).
* A clear, confident, and professional telephone voice.
* A calm and persistent approach – some leads may take multiple follow-ups.
* A target-driven mindset – you love smashing goals and earning great commissions.
* Strong organisation skills to manage callbacks and follow-ups effectively.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a natural competitive streak.
