Job Description:
Purpose of the role:
As a result of our continued growth, this is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop a career in a thriving and progressive Ecommerce business.
The role is to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, suppliers, and service providers across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers by email to resolve pre-sale and after-sale enquiries.
* Build rapport with customers to assist with enquiries including trade orders, product/stock information, tracking deliveries, and returns.
* Take ownership of customer service requests, liaising with other departments across both White Hinge and Dee Set.
* Process customer orders in a timely manner to enable the warehouse operatives to pick and pack.
* Identify ways to improve processes to enhance sales, brand loyalty, and the customer service experience.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Resourceful and self-organised, with the ability to prioritise.
