Are you a dedicated Support Worker looking for a new challenge in education? Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a full-time role at a supportive and nurturing SEN school in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
About the Role:
* Start Date: January 2025.
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Help students with autism, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and other learning barriers.
* Work closely with teaching staff to create a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
* Build trust and strong relationships with students to promote engagement and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in support work, care, or youth work, particularly with individuals with additional needs.
* A proactive and patient approach to supporting children with SEN.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential.

Requirements:
* Availability for full-time work from January.
