We are recruiting for an innovative new branch of our therapies services, focusing on supporting and promoting the enablement of patients during their hospital stay. The role will involve working on inpatient wards and units across Medway NHS Foundation Trust sites, providing direct patient care as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team. You will support patients to regain and maintain their independence via a holistic, patient-centred approach designed to maximise their individuality abilities with activities of daily living.
