Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert support in employee relations, recruitment, and the onboarding of new starters. - Facilitate engaging induction programs and contribute to training and development initiatives. - Ensure effective performance management processes are in place. - Manage HR data and MI reporting to support decision-making. - Be the right-hand support to the Office Manager, assisting with various HR functions and day-to-day operations.
