We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Human Resource's Administrator to provide essential administrative support across multiple departments, primarily focusing on HR tasks. You will also assist the Health and Safety Manager and the Fleet Department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
* Assist with general HR admin tasks, including record-keeping, updating employee information, and managing documentation.
* Help organise and maintain HR files and databases.
* Support the HR team with onboarding processes, scheduling interviews, and managing employee correspondence.
Health and Safety Support:
* Assist the Health and Safety Manager in maintaining compliance records, updating policies, and scheduling safety training.
* Help with the documentation and reporting of health and safety incidents.
Fleet Department Support:
* Provide administrative assistance to the Fleet Department, including record-keeping and coordination of vehicle maintenance schedules.
* Assist with tracking fleet documentation and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in HR administrative roles.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
