Maintenance Engineer
Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off Permanent Days (6am – 6pm)
This company is part of a global organisation that manufactures food products for major retailers such as Subway, McDonalds, Tesco, and many more. With an annual turnover well in excess of £15m, we have reinvested over £60m into our state-of-the-art facility in Burton over the last 5 years, resulting in an incredibly low staff turnover rate within our maintenance team.
We are looking to fill this vacancy as a result of expansion into a dedicated day shift pattern. As the successful engineer, you will be part of a small team of 10 dedicated day shift engineers, with plans to expand further in the near future.
Roles and Responsibilities

The Successful Engineer
* Multi-skilled with either a mechanical or electrical bias (close to 50:50 is ideal).
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within an industrial environment.
* Food experience is beneficial but not essential; we have engineers from all backgrounds in our team.
* Ideally qualified to a minimum of L3 within a maintenance discipline (NVQ/City and Guilds, HNC/D).
