Job summary Northfield Surgery, Field Road Surgery and Mayflower Medical Practice is looking to a recruit a full-time, Practice Nurse. It is desirable for the candidate to have strong knowledge of the workings in primary care and be innovative in their approach. The successful candidate will need to have a UK driving license and be flexible to travel between all three sites. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the implementation of processes for the effective management of patients with long-term conditions using evidence-based practice including care for elderly and housebound patients. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks.
