The Role – Internal Sales Executive
You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, re-engage inactive accounts, and spot upselling opportunities — all within a proactive but consultative environment. This is sales with a softer, strategic approach rather than high-pressure cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and manage existing customer accounts
Revive dormant accounts and build strong client relationships
Upsell and cross-sell products tailored to client needs
Handle inbound inquiries and generate quotes
Maintain CRM systems and support stock purchasing as needed
Provide clear and actionable sales reports to management
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
A confident communicator, comfortable engaging over the phone
Strong relationship-building and account-nurturing skills
Commercially minded, self-motivated, and proactive
Organized, able to multitask, and deliver outstanding customer service
CRM-savvy with solid reporting skills
