£25 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
1. Provide tutoring sessions to GCSE students in various subjects
2. Develop individualised study plans based on student's needs
3. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
4. Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to enhance understanding
5. Assist students in exam preparation and study techniques
6. Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
1. A relevant degree in the subject area being tutored
2. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level students
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to motivate and inspire students
5. Proficiency in creating effective lesson plans
6. In-depth understanding of the GCSE curriculum
7. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
10. Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
11. Experience working with diverse student populations
Position Details:
1. Part-time hours, flexible schedule
2. Classroom or online tutoring environment

4. Temporary position with the possibility of extension or permanent placement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
