We are seeking to appoint an experienced M&A Communications Contractor to support our client's People and Culture and Commercial teams during a period of rapid growth through acquisitions.
This role will provide expert communications counsel and execution support to ensure effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders, driving engagement, clarity, and positive sentiment throughout the M&A process.
This contract is initially for a period of 6 months.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in managing communications during M&A, corporate restructuring, or large-scale change management.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
3. Experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to work effectively across multiple locations and time zones.
4. Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and to advise on strategic communication initiatives.
5. Confident user of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint.
6. Proficient in using data visualization tools and AI tools to support productivity.
7. Previous experience in a contract or interim role within a financial services company is advantageous.
