Job Title: Project Controller
Location: Walsall Based
Salary: To £28,500 and benefits.
A fantastic opportunity for a Project Controller to join our team, reporting directly to the Frameworks Manager. This role will
see you working on our central frameworks, playing a key part in supporting the project team to ensure the successful delivery of
projects. You will be instrumental in maintaining project efficiency, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with company
processes, all while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

What’s the role:
* Maintain up-to-date work programmes, monitor project progress, and ensure all aspects of the projects are tracked efficiently.
* Assist with the procurement process, including ordering materials, raising purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and
subcontractors, and identifying scope opportunities to prepare variation quotations.
* Support Project Managers with site setup, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with IWS M&E Health & Safety policies,
including creating job packs such as RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and Work Instructions.
* Liaise with clients, their representatives, and the delivery team to ensure effective communication and collaboration
throughout the project lifecycle.
* Attending site meetings or customer-facing events as required to represent the project team and address relevant project
matters.
* Assist with producing reports, completing statutory documentation, and supporting the preparation of technical content.
What you’ll need:
* Prior experience in the construction industry and an understanding of technical authoring considered advantageous
* Show initiative and has ability to manage own workloads
* Have experience with data storage software packages and conversant with Microsoft Office
* Have experience in problem solving and a proactive approach to collaborative working
* Clean UK driving License.
