We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Support Engineer to join a dynamic team of similar professionals offering support services to large scale companies.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting end users, designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced IT systems to ensure high performance and robust security. This position requires a solid understanding of a wide range of technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily checks of the IT environment to identify and address any issues.
* Provide end-user IT support via email, face-to-face interaction, or through a ticketing system, collaborating with the Help Desk team as required.
* Assist with on-site IT projects, including system upgrades.
* Perform hardware break/fix tasks as needed.
* Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotating schedule, with an associated allowance.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong IT background and technical knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in IT First Line Support is essential.
* A valid driving license is required.
* Willingness to learn and take direction from fellow IT professionals.
* A reliable, punctual team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
