Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Guest Rooms:
Making beds and changing linens.
Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
Replenishing toiletries and amenities.
Removing trash and recycling.
Tidying up and organizing rooms.
Cleaning Public Areas:
Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, and common areas.
Cleaning elevators and restrooms.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Other Duties:
Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Following health and safety protocols, including proper cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning chemicals.
Assisting guests with general inquiries and requests.
Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
Stocking housekeeping carts and closets with necessary supplies.
