Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Hotel HR Manager, for an award winning Hotel in the Truro area. As Hotel HR Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR within the Hotel, whilst ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices, whilst promoting a positive and productive work environment.
HR Manager responsibilities include:
* Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing/prospecting to onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews and identifying training and development opportunities.
* Working with accounts in supporting payroll and conducting annual salary review across the Hotel.
* Developing and implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale.
* Creating training programs with department managers to enhance employee skill set.
* Carrying out performance-related reviews and conducting disciplinary procedures.
The successful HR Manager will ideally have a background of working within a luxury hospitality environment, with a good knowledge of new and current HR procedures, ideally with Level 3 CIPD (minimum). You will have a passion for creating a positive and inclusive working environment, with a focus on luxury hospitality.
