Key Responsibilities: Work closely with housebuilders to deliver exceptional Part Exchange and Assisted Move services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise opportunities and sales. Conduct regular site visits to facilitate property transactions and offer expert advice. Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring smooth processes and customer satisfaction. Drive growth by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and market presence. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally in New Homes, Estate Agency, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence with the use of your own car (essential). Passion: Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service in the fast-paced property sector. What’s in It for You?
