Job Purpose : The Human Resources Intern will work as part of the EMEA HR Team and provide support with day-to-day HR activities and projects across the HR organisation. This will involve working across a number of our Centres of Excellence and businesses (ie. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Shared Services, Total Rewards and HR Business Partnering) Key Responsibilities: Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with key TA processes to hire against new requisitions on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Project Management support for contingent worker project and transition to Success Factors Support HR Shared Services Advisor on employee lifecycle processes (contract generation, HR policies and procedures, onboarding/offboarding, employee letters etc) Integral end to end support on Talent Review process, appreciation of talent identification, calibration, and programmes to develop top talent Create a Talent & Development Engagement Plan to support engagement of learning and building a learning culture Review corporate Induction and update/improve content where necessary Project management support for implementation of Total Rewards Projects Assist with preparations for year-end reward processes (salary/bonus review) Position Requirements: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification) You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placement Demonstrates clear and effective communication Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
