What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working in schools or with children, ideally in a learning support role.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children’s diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication skills to build meaningful connections with students, teachers, and parents.
The ability to motivate and inspire children, particularly those who require additional support to reach their potential.
In this role, you will be working closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, whether it’s in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. You’ll be helping students engage with the curriculum and supporting them in overcoming barriers to their learning. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping each child flourish academically and emotionally in a nurturing environment.
