Job Opportunity: Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: ShildonContract Length: 12 weeksHourly Rate: £13.50, paid weekly through OAWorking Pattern: Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Friday 7:30AM - 1:30PM (38 hours per week)

About the Role ?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of key administrative and financial tasks. Your duties will include:
o Purchase Ledger: Handling all aspects of the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
o Stock Management: Managing stock levels via Sage, ensuring accuracy.
o Sales Ledger: Assisting with sales ledger duties as needed, including processing delivery orders and invoices.
o Database Maintenance: Keeping records up-to-date, maintaining the database (training will be provided).
o Job Logging: Recording the history of jobs accurately in the system.
