Robert Half has partnered up with a global manufacturer, looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join their team! In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service and commercial sales support for our High Purity Cellulose and High Yield Pulp accounts across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, and Brazil). Your key mission will be to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction through frequent and direct contact, cross-functional collaboration within the company, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
* Coordinate the flow of information between sales representatives, agents, credit management, SIOP team, production planning, shipping, and customers
* Collaborate with the credit department to assess customer creditworthiness
* Complete internal control documents such as credit requests, trial/sample requests, and sales agreements
* Work closely with Sales and Mill Representatives to provide accurate and timely customer specifications
* Assist sales offices with order entry procedures and ensure accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred but not required)
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a multinational company is a plus)
* Proficiency in SAP (SAP Hana & SAP R3 preferred)
* Solid knowledge of sales and marketing practices
* Fluent in English and one other European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) (preferred but not required)
